The Food Oath

For the next four months, I solemnly swear to abide by these rules…

1. When I am hungry, I will eat only what I need.
2. When I am peckish, I will eat nothing.
3. I will drink only water, fruit juice and no more than two cups of tea per day. (A big thing for a caffeine addict like myself.)
4. I will avoid aspartame and anything else that should not be part of any living organism’s diet.
5. I will allow myself only one extraneous item per week, meaning chocolate, sweets, etc.

How long will I last?
