I’m really impressed with my little pentax optio camera. I’ve had it for years, and got it back when 3.2 was a lot of megapixels. For what it is, the quality of the closeup photos is amazing.

I wish I’d been down there earlier with my camera. I didn’t get any photos of the hoardes of garish yellow caterpillars making their way across the road to the field a few weeks ago, or the little heads I saw days ago peeking out of the chrysalides. But I’m glad I got these.
